Happy 4th of July

Happy 4th of July. What a great day in our history. I know that my mother-in-law is at home in Houston pouting because today is the day she remembers the USA beating her beloved England but regardless it's a great day here. I am very patriotic. In rememberance of today...I made a cookie bouquet that I thought I'd share. Happy 4th of July America!

Chris' grandma Reason is from England, too. She was a WW2 bride. I don't think she cares about Independence Day though, since she lives in our free country. You sure do spend a lot of time in the kitchen girl. You need to get out of the house and enjoy your summer! It'll be over before you know it.

AWESOME cake idea. I want to be like you when I get to be your age!! I guess that will never happen since you are always going to be older than me!! Great story about camp too. Can't wait to see you.
